Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Disconnect X400 from the PCB and the 2 pin connector from the programmer

Observation:

Inspect the 2 wire harness between the programmer and the PCB for signs of damage to the insulation, kinks or damage to the connectors which could cause a short.
