Set Appliance State:
| Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4 |
Disconnect plug from diverter valve
Unclip and remove diverter valve
Unclip and remove diverter valve
Measurement:
Pin numbers are shown on the diverter valve.
Refer to the image if yours is damaged or worn.
Test 1:
Measure the resistance between pin 2 and pin 3.
Resistance should be EITHER approximately 6.5kOhms
OR greater than 1M Ohm depending on diverter valve position.
Test 2:
Measure the resistance between pin 2 and pin 6.
Resistance should be EITHER approximately 6.5kOhms
OR greater than 1M Ohm depending on diverter valve position.

Measure the resistance between pin 2 and pin 3.
Resistance should be EITHER approximately 6.5kOhms
OR greater than 1M Ohm depending on diverter valve position.
Test 2:
Measure the resistance between pin 2 and pin 6.
Resistance should be EITHER approximately 6.5kOhms
OR greater than 1M Ohm depending on diverter valve position.

Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
