Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Remove fan and burner assembly

Observation:

Inspect the heat exchanger flueways for blockages or restrictions.
Note:
On refitting ensure all seals are inspected and replaced if worn or damaged.
