Set Appliance State:

On/Off Switch OFF
Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Remove fuse F3 from the ignition PCB

Measurement:

Measure the resistance of the fuse.
