Set Appliance State:
Set Multimeter to AC Volts 
CH Demand
Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Gain access to pcb (use isolation Mat as required)
Boiler On/Off Switch On
Gain access to pcb (use isolation Mat as required)
Boiler On/Off Switch On
| WARNING! Mains voltage is expected during test, follow TOPs P4 live testing procedure |
Observation:
Reset lockout as necessary.
Allow ignition sequence to commence and sparking to be heard.
Measure the voltage at connector CN1 connection 5 (brown wire) on ignition PCB and a suitable neutral during the ignition phase.
Mains voltage should be present for 5 seconds, this will be repeated 5 times at 7 second intervals before lockout occurs, reset as required until test is complete.
Allow ignition sequence to commence and sparking to be heard.

Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
