Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Remove the fan assembly from the appliance.

Observation:

Visually inspect the fan assembly for good general condition and cleanliness (pay particular attention to its impellers).
Check the fan is free running.
Is the fan clean and free running?
