Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
Disconnect the twelve pin connector from PCB

Measurement:

Measure resistance across connections 7 and 8 either side of the black resistor at the disconnected connector.
Expected resistance approx. 8 - 10 kOhms.
