DHW Demand
Boiler stat to MID range
Gas On

Measurement:
Allow fan to run and boiler to fire and allow system to reach a reasonable operating temperature.
Turn off demand.
Using telegan temp clamps measure the temperature of the flow and return pipes close to the boiler and ascertain temperature difference between flow and return.
Expected differential approx 11 °C.
