Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
Remove fuse F2 from the holder located on the PCB just below the main terminal strip

Measurement:

Measure the resistance of the fuse.
