Attach pressure gauge to negative fan pressure test point

Measurement:
Boiler selector switch to On.
Reset as necessary.
Allow fan to thermostat.
As the fan starts does the pressure gauge register a pressure of approximately 1.5 mb then drop away to zero?
(A negative pressure is expected.)
Note:
When pressure gauge is removed pressure test point should be tightened & checked for soundness.
