Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
Remove fan

Measurement:

Check fan impeller moves freely.
Check resistances as tabled below:

The negative probe must be placed on terminal 1
for all tests.
