Set Appliance State:

Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Ensure that the boiler has not reached its high operating mode temperature

Measurement:

Remove the Yellow spaded wire and the Brown spaded wire from the Hi Thermostat (1) and measure the resistance across the Thermostat terminals.
