Set Appliance State:

Observation:
Remove the sump from the condensing heat exchanger and inspect both the sump and heat exchanger for blockages or restrictions.
Check the flue hood running from the top of the condensing heat exchanger to the fan is in good condition.
To Remove the Sump:
Remove the condensate trap allowing access through the hole in the case to the rear sump screw. Remove the spark generator for better clearance at the front.
Loosen the rear screw and remove the front screw of the sump.
Carefully slide the sump forwards to remove from boiler.
Note:
Before reassembly check the integrity of all disturbed gaskets and seals and replace as necessary.
