Observation:
To reset this appliance you need to hold down the "RESET" button until the left hand LED flashes rapidly.
You may have to reset this appliance several times to get it to stop showing a fault code even after the problem has been fixed (e.g. replaced combustion unit). Read below for more details.
Fault codes on this appliance are stored inside both the main PCB that mounts on the fan and the user interface PCB at the bottom of the appliance.
If either of them have a fault code stored the boiler will display a fault code after the self-check and will need resetting.
Resetting will also only reset ONE fault code at a time, if there is more than one fault code it will appear to reset but then show the additional fault code after the self-check. Resetting again should then allow it to clear and complete self-check.
