Set Appliance State:

Set Multimeter to AC Volts 
CH Demand
Gain access to PCB (use Insulation Mat as required)
CH temperature control set to OFF position
CH temperature control set to OFF position

Measurement:
Measure for A/C voltage across resistor R115 (as illustrated) and a suitable earth connection.
Expected voltage approximately 98 volts A/C.
Expected voltage approximately 98 volts A/C.
Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
