When this appliance is installed with the optional condensate pump it will be wired in such a way that if the level switch on the condensate pump activates (in the event that the condensate pump is not emptying) the switched live feed from the external controls will be interrupted.
This can cause the appliance to not recognise a demand initially (this has already been confirmed as not the case by the XSol model) or it can cause a demand to end during operation/prevent it re firing - however the demand could also be ending due faulty external controls.
It is recommended that you confirm the satisfactory operation of both the external controls and the condensate pump / drain.
