Set Appliance State:
Gas Off
CH Demand
Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Pull off one wire from Water Overheat Thermostat and make safe.
Boiler Switch in ON position.
WARNING!
THERE IS 240 VOLTS PRESENT AT THE OVERHEAT THERMOSTAT AND WIRES DURING TEST.
Pull off one wire from Water Overheat Thermostat and make safe.
Boiler Switch in ON position.
WARNING!
THERE IS 240 VOLTS PRESENT AT THE OVERHEAT THERMOSTAT AND WIRES DURING TEST.

Observation:
Is the Overheat Neon illuminated?
Reconnect wire to Overheat Thermostat after test.
Reconnect wire to Overheat Thermostat after test.
Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
