The following information is provided to help you ascertain if the condensate pump is operating correctly or not by explaining its operation - it is not possible to provide a definitive diagnosis due to the large range of variables.
Permanent live voltage is supplied to the condensate pump assembly via the live, neutral and earth terminals.
Inside the condensate pump is a level switch which is in series with the external controls wiring to the PCB. Under normal operating conditions this will remain closed circuit which allows the demand voltage from the external controls to reach the appliance's PCB. Voltage enters the switch via terminal "C" and then returns on the "Nc" terminal.
If a situation occurs whereby the water level inside the condensate pump becomes excessive the level switch becomes open circuit which prevents the voltage returning on the "Nc" terminal - therefore preventing the external controls demand voltage from reaching the PCB.
If the external controls are confirmed as working correctly then it is possible there is an issue with the condensate pump / drain.
