Set Multimeter to DC Volts Set meter to measure DC Volts
On/Off Switch On
No Demands

Measurement:

Measure the DC Voltages as follows between the fan connector and the terminal marked "N" on the incoming mains terminal strip.
The Voltages should conform approximately to the table below:
