Set Appliance State:

Mains Power Off
On/Off Switch ON
ENSURE NO DEMANDS
WARNING! - Mains voltage is expected during test follow
TOPs P4 live testing procedure
Mains Power On

Observation:

The appliance display will flash as it carries out a self-check. At the end of the self-check a "0" should be displayed.
Does the appliance complete self-check and then show "0" in the display as described above?
