Adjust, Service, Repair or Replace as necessary
Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Isolate Water and Gas as appropriate

Location:
Resistance tests have revealed no reason for the fuse failure. Inspect for any signs of water leaks (especially around the flue adaptor, refer to ADAPT bulletin). Replace the fuse (correctly rated fuse only) - if it blows again then the PCB may need to be replaced. It is also possible that a boiler component fails during operation i.e. fan, gas valve etc.
Upon completion of the fault diagnostics carry out final electrical safety tests and checks as per TOPs (C6).
