Observation:
This fault code appears when the return thermistor is hotter than the flow thermistor, indicating the flow is reversed.
Check there has been no work carried out on the system that could cause the flow & return to become reversed (e.g. pump wrong way or building work where pipework had to be moved).
Fault may also sometimes appear due to circulation issues.
