Isolate Water and Gas as appropriate
Location:
The wiring between the pump and the terminal block (or wiring centre) is faulty, check to see if it can be repaired or replace if necessary.

Location:
Upon completion of the fault diagnostics carry out final electrical safety tests and checks as per TOPs (C6).
