Set Appliance State:

Set Multimeter to AC Volts 
Gain access to PCB (use Insulation Mat as required)

Measurement:
Measure the voltage between in 5 (brown) and pin 6 (blue) at HV1 on the PCB within 13 seconds of powering on the appliance and during its self-check.
Mains voltage expected.
If it is not possible to turn the power on to the appliance and measure the voltage within 13s (for example distant fused spur) then activate the service menu (press and hold radiator and tap buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds) select "function check" > "pump" > "on" and then carry out the test - the display can be slow to load for the function checks.

Mains voltage expected.
