This fault code only relates to appliances with the optional integral diverter valve kit.
This XSol model is not applicable for these appliances as stated at the start of the model.
Please refer to Manufacturer’s instructions or Technical Helplines to diagnose a fault with this appliance.
If you are working on an appliance without the optional diverter valve kit it is advisable to try a factory reset as the settings on the PCB may have been configured incorrectly. If this does not cure the fault it is likely the PCB will need to be replaced.
Enter the service/installer mode by pressing the tap and radiator buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds then select:
"Reset" > "Default setting" > "Restore?"
This will perform a factory reset.
