Observation:
Allow the boiler to run until the flow temp reaches 60°C.
Remove CH demand at clock or room stat.
Does the pump continue to overrun for approximately 3 minutes or less?
Note:
1. To reduce the heating time some radiators can be turned off.
2. Pump overrun time is adjustable via parameters 0 - 3 minutes.

Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
