Set Appliance State:
Mains Power Off
CH Demand
CH Temperature control to MAX
Ensure boiler temp is approx. 40°C or lower by running it with
a CH demand with the gas turned OFF until the system cools
Isolate flow and return valves underneath the boiler
Latch control board assembly in upright position
Ensure boiler temp is approx. 40°C or lower by running it with
a CH demand with the gas turned OFF until the system cools

Observation:
Reset appliance as necessary and allow the boiler to complete its self check.
Once the boiler has lit and established, press the spanner button
once and press the up arrow until i9 (flow sensor) is displayed.
Switch between this and i14 (return sensor) to observe differential
between the two sensors until the appliance reaches temperature.
Differential should initially be around 10°C then reduce to approximately 6°C after it has been lit for 30 seconds.
The boiler should remain lit throughout the test until it reaches temperature (approx. 86°C).
Once appliance reaches temperature open the flow and return valves, do NOT turn
power off to appliance as this may overheat the appliance due to the residual heat.
