Has the MAX CH output been set correctly for the system?
Default and maximum value is equal to appliance output (i.e. 27kW or 30kW)
If adjustment is required it can be changed by altering one
or both of the following;
Menu 2 option 2.1A (2.1A cannot be set higher than 3.1A is set to).
Menu 3 option 3.1A.
