Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
Disconnect connector X11 from the PCB

Measurement:

Measure the resistance across the red wire (marked 7.1) on X11
and a suitable earth point.
Expected resistance open circuit (greater than 1M Ohm).
Note:
Identification numbers for the fan connections are located on the PCB.
