RESISTANCE SENSOR RETURN AND HARNESS

Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4

Set Multimeter to Resistance

Gain access to PCB (use Insulation Mat as required)
Disconnect low voltage connector X7 from the PCB

Measurement:

Measure the resistance between the centre white
wires on X7, marked 16.1 and 16.2.
The resistance should conform approximately to the table below:

40°C to 50°C	3.5kΩ - 5.3kΩ
50°C to 60°C	2.4kΩ - 3.5kΩ
60°C to 70°C	1.7kΩ - 2.4kΩ
70°C to 80°C	1.2kΩ - 1.7kΩ
80°C to 90°C	900Ω - 1.2kΩ
90°C to 100°C	700Ω - 900Ω

Note:
1. Identification numbers for the wiring connections are located on the PCB.
2. Click on resistance table to switch between table and graph view.
