Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
Remove the back plate of the control box, remove the PCB
and the transformer from the PCB

Measurement:

The transformer has pins on each side of its base.
Place the transformer down so that the pins are on the right,
Test 1
Measure the resistance across the two metal pins at the top.
Resistance should be approximately 100 ohms, plus the resistance
of meter test leads.
Test 2
Measure resistance across the two lower pins.
Resistance should be approximately 1 ohm, plus the resistance
of meter test leads.
