Gain access to PCB (use Insulation Mat as required)
CH Temperature control set to MAX
CH Temperature control set to MAX

Measurement:
Reset boiler as necessary and allow the appliance to complete its self check.
During the sparking stage of the ignition sequence,
measure the voltage between pin 8 (blue) and
pin 9 (orange) on connector HV2 at the PCB.
Mains voltage expected.
Note:
The boiler will attempt to light 5 times before going to lockout, with 30 seconds between each attempt.

and refit as necessary
