Set Multimeter to Resistance 
CH Demand

Measurement:
Allow boiler to run up to temperature and heat the CH system.
When the boiler reaches approximately 82°C does the boiler shut down or continue to fire? If its shuts down press the info button and determine whether it is in standby mode (status 202 or 204) or if the sensor fault code reoccurred.
Note:
To reduce time taken for this test you may wish to turn off some radiators.
