Reset the boiler.
Does the appliance now complete its 30 second self check then go to standby mode (status 203 displayed when spanner button pressed), or does it return to fault code?

As this fault code does not automatically reset it can be displayed if the incoming power supply dipped only briefly before returning to normal. It can also sometimes be displayed when turning the appliance off and on.
