Temperature control set to MAX

Observation:
Ensure the start-up sequence has completed and the boiler is showing 0.
Fan must still be running for initial purge period (within 4 minutes of power on).
Turn selector switch to ON.
Display should change to "c" and then the fan should pause
for approximately 2 seconds and then start running again.
Does the boiler react as described above?
