Set Appliance State:
| Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4 |
Set Multimeter to DC Volts 
On/Off switch ON
Disconnect user control from the main PCB
Disconnect user control from the main PCB

Measurement:
Measure the DC voltage between the two outer pins on the front of the PCB display connector (jumper side facing up)
Ensure a good contact is made and that the red probe is on the right hand pin and the black probe is on the left hand pin.
Expect 24.5 vdc or greater.
Notes:
The voltage may fluctuate slightly but should remain above 24.5 vdc.

Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
