Set Multimeter to DC Volts

Measurement:
Measure the DC Voltages as follows between the Fan connector and the Neutral (blue) at the incoming mains connector to the PCB
The Voltages should conform approximately to the table below:
Note:
The multimeter will register negative voltages.

Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
