Isolate Water and Gas as appropriate
Location:
Tests indicate that the appliance is operating correctly as the burner is shutting down at the correct temperature and the appliance is not overheating. It is most likely there is an issue with the system or an intermittent fault with the appliance.

Upon completion of the fault diagnostics carry out final electrical safety tests and checks as per TOPs (C6).
