Isolate Water and Gas as appropriate
Location:
Tests indicate the appliance is in frost protection mode due to cold conditions surrounding the appliance. This is correct operation and when the boiler reaches a temperature above 5°C the appliance should resume normal operation.

Upon completion of the fault diagnostics carry out final electrical safety tests and checks as per TOPs (C6).
