Set Appliance State:
| Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4 |
Set Multimeter to Resistance 
Disconnect the Fan harness connector from the PCB
Measurement:
Test 1:
Measure the Resistance between the Red and Blue wires at the disconnected connector.
Expect 110-130 ohms
Test 2:
Measure the resistance between each of the wires at the disconnected connector to Earth in turn.
Expected resistance greater than 1 MOhm.
Note.
A reading of O.L on test 2 is acceptable as this is greater than 1 MOhm.
Measure the Resistance between the Red and Blue wires at the disconnected connector.

Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
