Attach a temperature clamp on the flow pipe as near as possible to the appliance (right hand pipe)
Temperature control knob set to MAX (6)

Observation:
Allow the boiler to run with a DHW demand.
The appliance should run to an operating temperature of approximately 82°C and then the burner should shut down.
Does the boiler operate as described?
Note:
DHW demand is used just to reduce time for boiler to reach temperature, CH demand can also be used and may be preferable on gravity systems.
