Information:
The plastic system kit / limit thermostat is designed for use on heating systems installed with all or part of the system in plastic pipe.
It is fitted to later versions of the Ideal Classic by default, for earlier versions it was an optional kit that would have to be ordered separately.
The kit comprises an automatically resetting limit thermostat and wiring to interrupt the boiler operation in the event of a fault condition causing a high peak flow temperature, plus additional strain relief for the thermistor harness.
