Set Appliance State:
Gas Off
| Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4 |
CH Demand
Gain access to PCB (use Insulation Mat as required)
Disconnect lead marked "HT" at the PCB and pull back so it rests on the PCB near the spade as shown
Disconnect lead marked "HT" at the PCB and pull back so it rests on the PCB near the spade as shown

Observation:
Shortly after the fan begins to run can sparking be seen between the spade marked "HT" and the ignition lead?
Note:
Some versions of PCB may have two spades marked HT1 and HT2, place near spade it was previously connected to.

Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
