Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4

Observation:

Check how the external controls are wired on the incoming side at the terminal block on the right side of the boiler.
Is there just one wire connected to the terminal marked "EC1" or is there an additional wire that connects to "EC2" as well?
