Set Multimeter to AC Volts Set meter to measure AC Volts
Locate EMC filter
WARNING! - Mains voltage is expected during test follow
TOPs P4 live testing procedure
Mains Power On

Check for Mains voltage across the input live and neutral connections (brown and blue leads) of the EMC filter.
