Isolate Water and Gas as appropriate

Tests have proven that the fan assembly is faulty and has damaged the PCB, the fan must be replaced before the new PCB is fitted.

Upon completion of the fault diagnostics carry out final electrical safety tests and checks as per TOPs (C6).
