Set Appliance State:
Set Multimeter to DC Volts 
Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Remove thermistor connector from PCB
(appliance will enter a fault code)
Remove thermistor connector from PCB
(appliance will enter a fault code)

Measurement:
Measure the DC voltages between each of the wires on the fan connector listed in the table below and a suitable earth.
The Voltages should conform approximately to the table below:
Note:
Multimeter will register negative voltages.

Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
