Set Appliance State:
Gas Off
Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Remove heat exchanger door and burner assembly
Note:
Heat exchanger door and burner must be removed as one assembly

Observation:
Inspect heat exchanger sump / condensate for blockage.
As visual inspection requires the heat exchanger to be removed you can check it is clear by pouring water through the heat exchanger flue ways and checking it flows through to the condensate trap freely however if it is blocked further investigation will be necessary.
Note:
Before reassembly check the integrity of all disturbed gaskets and seals and replace as necessary.

Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
