RESISTANCE FLUE SENSOR AND HARNESS

Set Appliance State:

Set Multimeter to Resistance

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Disconnect plug J11 from the PCB

Measurement:

Measure the resistance between the green wires of J11.
Resistance should conform approximately to the table below.

40°C to 50°C	3.6kΩ - 5.3kΩ
50°C to 60°C	2.5kΩ - 3.6kΩ
60°C to 70°C	1.8kΩ - 2.5kΩ
70°C to 80°C	1.3kΩ - 1.8kΩ
80°C to 90°C	1.0kΩ - 1.3kΩ
90°C to 100°C	700Ω - 1.0kΩ

Note: Clicking on the resistance table will switch between table and graph view.
Appliance was modified to include a flue sensor after Week 46 2005.
