Set Appliance State:
Mains Power Off
Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Boiler Thermal Store must NOT be at maximum temperature.
Models with Programmer: Rocker Switch to Continuous.
Models without Programmer: Rocker Switch to ON.
Connect a U-Gauge to the burner pressure test point.
Boiler Thermal Store must NOT be at maximum temperature.
Models with Programmer: Rocker Switch to Continuous.
Models without Programmer: Rocker Switch to ON.
Connect a U-Gauge to the burner pressure test point.
Gas On

Measurement:
Burner Pressure should be 11.5 mbar +/- 0.5 mbar.
Notes:
When U-gauge is removed pressure test point should be tightened & checked for gas soundness.
If the Burner does not light after approximately 3 seconds of the ignition sequence, the boiler will go to Lockout.
Lockout reset is achieved by turning the boiler off and then on again.

Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
